1. About Mynesto

Mynesto ("we", "our") operates mynesto.in and the Mynesto mobile apps — a property marketplace connecting owners, buyers, tenants, and agents across India. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information, including a valid mobile number verified by OTP.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your access secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
• One person or business per account. Agents and agencies must identify themselves as such.

3. Listings & Content

• You may only list properties you own or are legally authorised to market. Every listing is reviewed before going live and photos are automatically screened.
• Listings must be accurate — real price, real photos, real availability. Misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings are removed and may lead to account suspension.
• By posting content you grant Mynesto a licence to display it on our platform and marketing channels. Photos are watermarked to protect against misuse.

4. What Mynesto Is (and Isn't)

Mynesto is a discovery and communication platform. We are not a party to any rental, sale, or lease agreement between users. Verify every property, document, and person independently before paying money. We never ask for payments to "unlock" a property.

5. Prohibited Use

• No fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, or scraping of platform data.
• No illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.
• No attempts to bypass verification, moderation, or security systems.

6. Paid Features

Basic listings are free. Optional paid features (boosts, featured placement, lead credits) are described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable once consumed, except as required by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynesto is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, third-party actions, or service interruptions.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
